Thread: d2 regs.. what do you want?!?

i agree.. no one was complaining. however regs (especially the ones who scrim/play in leagues) were the only ones getting use to the transition

in the end you just have to buy fast...

I like the server how it is to be honest. I enjoy awping and dont mind being awped lol, my preferred choice would be no limitations + 16k.

I wouldn't be opposed to limiting them though, but if you do limit awps then don't take away !bling.

as we goin foward more ppl come and play our dust 2 server is just about time to get a full server but i like the way it is. Limited awp with change everything and a lot ppl will stop playing d2 cuz of that better suggestion modify the map and take out the cars at t spawn so ppl dont drop the boom there

i disagree.. i think limiting awps still satisfy awpers because its not taken away.. and they can always pick 1 up from the ground when available.

it also gives new players (even older ones) a reason not to leave because they "hate awps" and sadly.. there are a lot of them.

by catering to both markets i think our traffic can increase and play time for players will be longer...


as for your actual suggestion...

i haven't checked if there is a d2 map without the cars but any modification to the map would require players to download the custom version... have a default map is better imo.

how many occasions do players can like fags and leave the boom.. aka the bomb... in a car? not that frequent.

I vote for limitation. It sucks when you die because of the shootout in mid with awps and you're just trying to move around. If anything, I believe limited awps gives people enough exposure to allow them to learn how to deal with them but gives them a big enough chance to not be stuck in a firing squad of them.

Very good points from both Pyron and Moose Spoon!!! I agree with both of you. From what Kev said, I don't remember anyone saying they were going to take away the 16k or !bling??? am I wrong?

I agree for limited AWPS. This will increase regs.
