    As of yesterday, he's conscious and answering questions through writing. And I applaud the Obama administration for not labeling him as a enemy combatant, as some Republicans are seeking to, as despite the horror of the atrocity he has committed through the bombings, he's still an American citizen that has the rights of due process.
