Thread: Scrim April 9th

If you've never scrim before don't be shy and try it out!

Requirements:

1. Must be on the forums and reply to say your in.
2. Must have a mic. (If not go buy one today for 5 bucks)
3. Must be in vent. (so if you aren't registered yet I suggest you do so before hand)
4. NO RAGING on other players. (This is open to people who have never scrimmed before too so don't rage on them for not knowing what to do)
5. Don't be shy. If you have never scrimmed before now is your chance! It's a 5v5 match on a bomb map like Dust2.
6. Have FUN and enjoy. Remember this could all be possible thanks to the great NG community we have.

If you don't have any of the maps please download them Index of /cal/maps (Download the .bsp) and put it in your program files/steam/steamapps/YOURACCOUNTNAME/counter-strike source/cstrike/maps folder.

If you don't have a ventrilo download it here: Ventrilo - Surround Sound Voice Communication Software and install it. Go to vent.noobgalore.us, port 2008 a little earlier than 9 and I'll register you to get an account.

Time: 9pm eastern - meet in Scim1A channel

***If you reply and you have a spot reserved, you have to be there by 9:05pm or you will be replaced with a ringer should there be one available.***

I would like to make an attendance list to we know who is in and who can fill in if we lose players.

lol you and liquid didn't really read my post huh?? there's no link to the fastdl website, no link to vent's website....and you personally can't register ppl on vent. i had that there when i could lol.

ppl get put on as ringers because they aren't sure if they'll be able to show up or if the list is full. how can you organize this if you don't know if you'll make it lol


anyways the reason why this was started was to get new ppl on the forums and on vent. so invite your friends and people on the servers you play in on the forums so they can sign up for the scrim.

noone really asked us to reg them and frankly i just used eds format because lolek said that would be better so i just used it. the next time i do this ill be sure to add better links. lol i really didnt read it.

If you don't have any of the maps please download the Eco map pack witch should include all maps used in scrims www.eco-league.com files css than source map pack and put it in your program files/steam/steamapps/YOURACCOUNTNAME/counter-strike source/cstrike/maps folder. or do the same with this link http://fastdl.noobgalore.us/cal/maps/

If you don't have a ventrilo download it here: Ventrilo - Download install it. Go to vent.noobgalore.us, port 2008 a little earlier than 9 and look for a GA SA or SAA to get yourself registered and unmuted
