clearly have done my research? I've been around this shit for 15+ years now, I do actually know a thing or two. We also own teamspeak.co, and several mumble related domains as well, and can host/sell any of the above -- so giggles point in fact mute. Ventrilo code is private, teamspeak code is private, mumble code is open source and ripe for exploitation. What have I gotten wrong?

Hypothetically with OllyDBG or IDApro and some knowledge of .asm vent is just as ripe for exploitation. Also since it was the most popular many hacks and attacks are prepackaged to attack vent servers. Going with this point the fact that it is close source also means close minded it is not open for many minds to help make quick fixes and break down there vulnerability aka patches and updates are to slow when there is an exploit in vent where as mumble you could fix it yourself.
I think the point in whole I would argue is that vent is outdated doesn't have the same intuitive structure as mumble and teamspeak 3 I feel (Like auto voice levels and noise cancellation built in).
Though to contradict my self I feel like from a administrator standpoint and maybe even a Gui standpoint Vent is the easiest to go with. Though vent comparatively in every other category falls to the competition. Again this is past the point of the thread to start with but can maybe be a good debate.

Oh lord....I don't really have the time to go into detail how illogical this post is when you zip back into reality, nor do I have the energy to continually respond to posts like this.

That being said, this really isn't up for debate at this moment -- I'll gladly hear any and all recommendations, but that doesn't mean I have to debate our decisions.

All of your domains like teamspeak.co are dead with all dead links. So when you say my point is mute its not when Ventrilo.co is the only working webpage in which to order a package from... Yes a am being a Bruce

Yeah I forgot, you need to have an active site to host a product.....dumb logic. The point you were making was that we utilize ventrilo because I own ventrilo.co. If that were truely the case, why would I make it a large public ventrilo and not try to sell servers to every one of these random groups that join? Because your point isn't valid. I have the licensing in place to host any of the above mentioned products. Your point means nothing when "what" we use is entirely up to me and has absolutely "nothing" todo with the fact I operate Ventrilo.co. That being said, you three need to quit trolling every decision made here. You are not doing anything productive or beneficial and my patience for dealing with this shit is nearly completely gone. If you do not enjoy the way we do things, your options are to a) help out, b) shut the fuck up, or c) move the hell on down the road....I do not force you to sit here and use our 'sub par junk'.....So fuckin sick of this.....even the guy from the other community has more cooth than a particular few of you.
