Thread: Increase Hideout's maximum players

Hideout gets full all too often, we should bump up the maximum amount of players from 44 to 50.

Yeah I personally think 50 would be good. I mean come on office has 50 but hideout has 44? I personally think again hideout gets way more traffic than office does, and it should have more slots by comparison. Just my two cents.

I think hideout is the best server NG has to offer to the people. Sure it has its trolls but it is genuinely fun most of the time. You just have to have a sense of humour and most people in there are friends with one another and love playing together.

More slots = more trolls. Idk what to say about it

I completely agree with jp and Riku. 6 more slots would actually allow more people to play and would be more fun with more people. I see what master is saying but hideout will always have trolls and that is why we have admins to handle it. Especially since 4 people just got admin recruit or admin in hideout. Think jp's idea is great. Hopefully it will get passed

Ok, so basically, bumping the max amount up to 50 would work out best if we added no-block to the server. most of the people that dont like the idea of increasing the max amount of players on the server state their reason as too much blocking. I'm not sure what the debate surrounding no-block is with NG but im sure there is a reason it hasnt happened yet.

If we had no-block people would start complaining about players camping and stacking inside of each other. Also, flash grenades will glitch when you're inside of another player and lead to a ton of unintentional team flashes.

I've been playing in Hideout for years and I've never had an issue with blocking. You get used to it. Just be patient, or go balls out and rush the enemy spawn before anyone can block you.

Not that alot of people knife in hideout, but it also hugely decreases the registration of knife attacks becasue there isn't a colision.
