Thread: Im so confused

One may call me a spam master but honestly I was never afraid of the 50 post thing. I get bored a lot. There's a type of connection I build with certain gamers and certain forum posters. I post b/c I'm bored and then from my post I learn who some people are and learn to appreciate those individuals that have similar likes or at least can give me a good educated debate. For example everyone has an opinion about apple vs mac but lets be honest there maybe 2-3 guys on the forums that I'd actually talk to or read their posts for anything intellectual. Anyhow, this is what leads me to be somewhat of a forum whore. I do believe I went well over the 50 post mark after 1 week of joining and really only took 2-3 days of posting <(^_^<). I'm on forums EVERY DAY AT LEAST 3 TIMES!!!! More if I'm at work LOL.

Don't think of the 50 post as hard. The reason why we set that is because we want people who are applying to admin to get used to the forum, understand that they need to be on it daily to see what is going on in the community and there are thousands upon thousands of threads to reply on so you really should have no problem posting up to 50 post. I average around 125+ post a month so it shouldn't be too hard.

even I got it done with a minimum of spam, hehe

I'm a little different. I love lurking. I love reading everything that everyone posts and what everyone has to say. But for some reason after doing that my brain goes hmm cool and turns off. I never usually think about something to reply with after reading peoples forum posts. Wish I had a number for how many threads I have read.

Same here and i also love to post in most of them but for some threads i just dont answer instead of making a fool out of myself because i dont know what im talking about . I like to give answers with something behind it not just YES and NO . So i get creative answers back and it keeps the threads alive or starts another discussion what so ever.

I'd already had 38 posts when I decided to apply. I just started replying to posts as often as possible, without being a tool about it. Greeting new people on the "Introduce Yourself" thread was the easiest way to do it.

Sometimes tho, it almost seems like just have a conversation in the forums feels like spam, haha
