    These applications normally take 2-4 weeks. We generally try to give an answer at the beginning of every month so the current recruits will have at least one month of trial basis before we decide if they will get promoted to a full server admin. Staying active and patience such as maintaining activity on Ventrilo, the forums and the respective server your applying for is key.
