Yea we know of the issue at the moment with that. We think its a gameme issue and trying to figure out exactly what is causing it.

Hopefully it won't require a rank reset to fix the issue.

And don't think you're being "that guy", we welcome people bringing up issues in game to us. We don't always catch every issue so any feed back is good feed back (as long as people aren't dicks about it).
