Thread: Feedback on NG DUST 2 EVENT

This event was really fun. Great idea to enable all chat so everyone can interact in this event and promote the event. I believe we should play server's rules though instead of Hideout's rules. If we do dust2 then awps/autos shouldn't be restricted. I believe we have each of these rules in our servers and restrictions based on our servers so we should stick with the original settings of each server. Another thing is someone should definitely advertise throughout the whole entire event to promote it. We definitely need a few people to focus mainly on advertising the event so we can have more people(Maybe it will get to the point where its too many people per server so we can have several events on separate days or back to back. I also feel like we should definitely try to find sponsors for maybe better prizes or for our current prizes. My tips so far.

I really enjoyed this event.. was great fun! glad it didnt take me to freaking midnight to get a 100 kills this time!

i think the same for next event is good obviously different server but yeh.. maybe ch to 250 or reg office with awps

The race to 3rd and 4th was a lot of fun but exhausting. I like that there are 3rd and 4th place prizes because 1st and 2nd are too predictable and a bit of a turn off to the events. With that said, I suggest a Gungame tournament for the next one. :p

To be honest, It wasnt that enjoyable for me. I really like the event and i thought it was a success but the teamstacking was just off the chart. The team was even at the beginning but then people start to teamstack to get kills faster. I can teamstack and get kills faster too but thats not the point to win. overall i like the event. Just the team stacking was a turn off for me.

Very true killer. I joined T b/c I'm just tons better with ak than m4. I noticed the teamstacking too after awhile. I guess some could call that strats. But you know, I was wondering b/c the ct's were losing the it might've been easier to kill as a ct since you have more to shoot. There were a few rounds I couldn't find anyone to kill or I'd get my kills stolen. Either way I had a lot of fun. I've not played CS:S competitive in quite a few years (around 6+) so this was a nice little event that got me to try again. Really enjoyed our race to 3rd and 4th. I had a SLOW start so I knew I wasn't going to make 1st or 2nd. I'm still a lil upset losing to dylaxx and teebs tho. kad;ajsdkl;j kl;jk;kajd RAGE!! lol >_<

I moved to the losing team as often as I could, but autobalance kept moving me back lol
