an individual by the name of blackspy was playing earlier this morning. he was complaining about people awping and i tried explaining that he was in one of the few servers that actually allows awping these days. i killed him multiple times via the awp and he actually switched teams and began team flashing me. keep in mind for approximately an hour or longer, he was getting on everybodys nerves. people were questioning why there was no voteban because his teamflashing moved on from just me to about a half dozen other players. he spammed the mic and game chat the entire time, spewing nonsense and all in all aggravating everyone. he said it was his first time on the server and that he does not play there and he doesnt care about the server. he would teamflash teammates and after he got them killed he would just sit over them, t-bag them and spray his rifle at them. he wasnt even trying to play the actual game for the majority of his time played.

this may sound a bit crazy to ask but i believe that if logs were looked at and perhaps some of the regulars that were in the server could collaborate stories about this individual, he deserves a permanent ban. his attitude was repulsive and he literally spent almost 2 hours team flashing and talking endless amounts of trash, or, in his words, "trolling".

i am a quiet peaceful person and i enjoy playing the server because it allows awps. i have a decent amount of time spent on the server and i am just trying to explain how bad this person is. i almost never register on forums to report people. i have been playing half life games for over a decade and this 25 year old and his nonsense was one of like 2 times i actually went out of the way to try to report him.

if any of the admins are familiar with any of the names i will mention below, please do ask how he ruined everybodys experience during his 2 hour tenure on the server. there should be no reason to ever let him back on.

when someones sole purpose of joining a server is to ruin everyones fun and make it near impossible to play the game unfettered by flashing/blocking etc., they deserve a permanent ban.

Thanks for the information and the headsup on this said player, but we do not ban players unless the admins see it for themselves. Its not that we do not believe your or any of the other players who were on at the time, but it prevents us from accidentally accusing or taking wrongful action against a player when we don't know the FULL story. Since he claimed it was his first time playing and that he doesn't care about the server, its doubtful he'll even come back now. I wouldn't worry about it.

For future reference the next time there is a player causing trouble in the server, I would recommend getting hold of an admin. Its actually pretty simple, you can add any of the admins to your steam friends list, register on vent and find one of us there, or leave a shout in the chatbox (located at the top of the main forum page). In the case that you can't get a hold of an admin, the best thing you can do is take a demo of the player (making sure to have typed status in the console of the demo), and submit it here.

Thanks for the heads up on this guy and his antics, we will keep an eye out for him and see if he keeps up his tom foolery.

As John said, we would need more proof of his actions to go further with any kind of punishment. We like to have 110% proof of anything. But if he is brand new to the server, he probably won't come back if he is just going around trying to troll and piss people off.

We appreciate the heads up though, always nice to see reg players looking out for the server
