    I'm good with All talk. I don't think it's going to cause a rise in anything negative. Wouldn't hurt to try it out. Personally I like all talk in hideout because you can interact with friends on different team.

    All talk after dead is fun. I would keep team talk only during game as once and a while a team acts like a team and actually plans and communicates.

    All talk when dead, while people are alive, they are most likely going to want to communicate with the team to see what is going on.

    Using sv_pure can keep material wallers off of all of the servers. Just btw
