Thread: Fix your new user registration.

Since your new user registration is broken for some reason, i have to post on my brother's account.

Playing in office today, about 7:45pm, an admin made a couple people (i think admins only) knives only with beacons also and he said if you shot any of them, you'd get kicked. So, in a game of reflexes on a rush, the admin who set himself as a beacon/knife only gets shot by me, and then instant kick/ban. I wish I knew which admin it was, but I dont pay attention to who is talking on the mic. There was no way i could demo it since I had no idea it was coming. I shot him running across the hall by the soda machine from the stairwell, and 5 secs later i was banned. I think it was AK47, since he was talking about it the round before.

In the situation that he was in, he can't expect people to not shoot. I've been playing this game for a long time and I don't play to NOT shoot the opposite team. It's a reflex thing.

I have no idea how long the ban is for, but as of now, it's still in effect about 5 minutes later. I don't know what the protocol is for banning someone on a half-fun round only for the admins to ban people who shoot them, but in this case, its bullshit. I'm not asking to be unbanned, since it will time out eventually, or Bewbies will do it for me when he gets home.

It says the CHECK ID is invalid from the confirmation email. Both Malicetricks and PresenceKnown were my attempts at registration. The registration part works fine, I get the email from your server, but the link has the wrong check number on it according to the forums so it cant complete the registration.

The new user regisration works fine, theres been 4 people that signed up today, 8 yesterday, 7 the day before, 5 the day beofre that..
Not sure what error your having, but please advise and we can look into it further.

As far as the ban, unfortunately we need a bit more than that.

If an admin is abusing we need to know who and if possible a demo, so we can atleast search the logs and find it.

New user registration works fine.

Ive tested it out on Gmail, yahoo, ATT, noobgalore.us, AOL ect ect never had a problem.

Just fill out the right stuff.. dont make your name too hard or weird. And click the activation link in the email that comes in like 10 seconds. Finish filling our your profile settings and preferences click save and your registered.
