A very common complaint arises from team-flashes.
• Permissive team-flashes serve no compelling server interest as the primary interest of flashes is frustration of enemy purpose and are not intended to be used against one's own team.
• Permitting team-flashing enables team-flashers to have the unilateral power to deprive their teammates server enjoyment.
• Moreover, friendly fire is disabled likely on the same grounds team-flashing ought to be disabled.
One may argue, like blocking, flashing requires strategy and team-flashes are merely products of poor strategy. However, the detriments outweigh the benefits and too much power is given to team-flashers to abuse the strategic limits.
I recommend team-flashing be disabled in the interests of server enjoyment.
