About LinkBacksHello my fellow gaming friends, I have an issue with my vent program. I am not sure why this happens, and it does not happen all the time. Mainly what happens is when I have not opened it for say a couple of days I get this error. Then I restart my computer and it works.
However it has happened before that I get a debugging error in MS Visual studio, even when vent is processing (even after the reboot). Namely, if I just leave it up all the time, it seems like it does ok. But of course that is not always the practical thing to do. I have tried re-installing from the website and the same thing(s) happen. I have a 32-bit processor, so I downloaded the 32-bit ventrilo.
If there is anybody who can relate to what is going on, and suggest how to fix this problem, I would appreciate a reply.

From what I read this can have numerous problems to what is causing this, but one of them is make sure your sound drivers are up to date, run a virus scan..
And when this started to happen what did you change to your computer? Like installed what and what.

I haven't changed anything on my computer yet, as far as updating the drivers. I will however try to update the sound driver and see if this happens again. Thanks for the post.

Ok so apparently there are no sound drivers that can update the one I have. It is a Sigma Tel audio sound driver. I dont know, I thought the problem might have been a coding issue, or some certain kind of setting in ventrilo.
