Is there any sort of prompt you get when you try to connect?

It says unable to authenticate login and password..

shouldn't be a password until you get registered.

4-6 weeks ago I was able to connect. I don't remember who tried to set up profile for me but when I entered info after reconnecting It gives me that prompt. I think I chose EightBall as my username.

Might just want to create a new account and this time remembers your pass... gL

you don't seem to be really sure about your username maybe you got it wrong?

make sure the host and ports are right, put in whatever username you want, leave password blank and when you get in, pm a GA/SA/SSA and they'll be able to register you with a new account (and delete your old account)

Thanks to whoever straightened that up I am able to connect now will be on later with you guys.
