About LinkBacksAlright, now this is a realitivly new problem that I've had for about a week and a half. I can't figure it out for the life of me. I've uninstalled and reinstalled vent several times, same with counterstrike, but nothing helps. Anytime I log into vent, or even open vent, my mic goes to hell. It becomes all static, really loud, and I can't use it anymore, until about 24 hours AFTER I close vent. It's quite unusual. I didn't look too hard through the vent site, but I did a general search through most of the common problems with vent, and could find nothing. Has anyone else experienced and issue like this, or have any cures for the problem?

I had that same problem, like my vent wouldn't work in forever, if it did work my mic would like be gawd awful. idk what to tell you, i had a windows update recently which like fixed everything
keep in mind, 90% of the times fail nades will screw you over 100% of the time

I used to have a similar issue with TeamSpeak (when we used that). Think all i did was re-installed the sound card and re-installed all the driver updates one by one.
