Looks to me like a Firewall issue, go to ur firewall, either in ur anti-virus or in ur router, and open up ports for Ventrilio.

That sometimes doesn't work, try to open up the TCP port 3784 in ur firewall through port forwarding.

go to start menu -> control panel -> security center -> windows firewall -> click Exceptions tab -> add port -> name: vent1 Port number: 3784 -> make sure TCP is doted -> press okay -> then ur done

when i try to put on direct input it says unable to open direct input to keyboard and mouse anyone know why?
