First time ventrilo log-in

There isn't a "server password", Eeyore. For first time users, all you have to do is create a user name and log in. Once you're logged in, wait in the guest registration channel near the top, and a GA or SA will help set you up with a password. I'll give you simple steps so you can login for the first time.

1) In the screen shot above (what you see when you open vent), you'll want to click on each of those arrows.

2) After you click the arrow next to User Name, you'll see a button called 'New'. Click New and type in a user name. Then click Okay and click Okay on the next screen. You're done with the User Name button.

3) After you click the arrow next to Server , do the same thing again and click 'New'. Choose any name for the server and click Okay.

4) In the window thats still open, copy the server information like I have at the bottom, but leave the password field blank for now (Come back to this screen and fill it in once a GA or SA sets you up with a password). Click Okay after you've copied everything I have in the screenshot.

5) Everything should be set up now so click on Connect.

**Once your logged in, just double click on any room to jump into it. Since it'll be your first time though, you'll want to wait in the NEED REGISTRATION channel near the top. No one will be able to hear you otherwise. To use your mic, I think the default push-to-talk key is LEFT ALT or LEFT SHIFT.
