What bank are you with? *I've never heard of using checks via a savings account. *Most banks I know of actually forbid you of doing so, but maybe in your case its different because its a student's account. *It could also make sense if there's some sort of different banking system over in Canada (I'm in the States), or we simply misunderstood each other by the whole savings/checking terminology.
Either way it doesn't matter-check, money order, paypal-however you want to contribute is great.
There's just one problem with your guide, here, Hushx. *That problem is that if you read PayPal's TOS, you'll discover that you're supposed to be 18 to make an account and they WILL NOT refund your money if there is a dispute and they find you to be underage.
Never knew that-thanks for the input Prizm. *If thats the case, then if your under 18 and want to donate, to be on the safe side, use snail mail+money order to send your donation. *I guess you could also just pester an of-age older friend/brother/sister/cousin/next-of kin to donate on your behalf.
if you want to send cash the old way - ill be glad to deliver -wink wink- it for you. :D
I would think you would want to be anonymous if you donated $2 anyway *:))
Awesome post Hush. Thanks alot bud *(*)(*)(*)

Bumping this thread for those of you that are having issues locating it :)
This is the easiest way and an alternative way to donate to the community :)
