you can't enjoy playing there that much, and whenever you play you don't see any other admins most likely because you have no idea who the deathmatch admins are, we certainly have no idea who you are

So basiclly you are saying he should stop playing in dust2 or others servers as an admin to play more in deathmatch so he meets your expectations to be an admin. That makes a whole lot of sense.
