Jedi/Turb/Rom, my top 3 fav admins, at least as an office player. Seems to do their job without over doing it. Of course I like a heavish handed no bs admin, but one that doesn't do it from pride/power trip "IM AN ADMIN YOU PEASENT" attitude. Def +1 for Jedi

P.S. From what little I've seen Jim admin, he might be my favorite ever, ha.
