Thread: Feedback on YoLk Contest (Hideout Event)

I donated, and (hopefully) got my perk and filled out the entry, but sadly I could not make it. I was asleep. Then when I awoke, we had a 5.7 magnitude earthquake centered about 50 miles from here. Most intense one I've been in here, being in the north valley. My Facebook lit up for a minute or two, then everyone went back to not caring. Only in CA do we get earthquakes and completely ignore them haha

Ah, I sorry you couldn't make it, I was wondering where you was, I was looking thru the list, you and dozer, and JP was the only 1 that didn't attend, athough JP told me two days prior he had personal issue to attend to. Looking forward to seeing you in next event. ^_^

We will be performing these events, and others in all of our other servers. We wouldn't ever lock the public servers though. Even when we did BG and the entire server filled with just BG players, it still generates that 'need' to play. We used to have 30+ minute wait times to get IN the server during some events.

In the future, as more people participate we will likely institute a immunity for event participants, so they are allowed to just join the server---keep in mind though, this was the purpose of stating 'be there 30 minutes early'

Overall, great job, great turnout -- we look forward to doing more. Keep the momentum going!

i had a lot of fun and a lot of anger and enjoyment throughout that even thanks a lot egg it was good to have a little competition between us all.

I cried, I DID HORRIBLE, I should of made an award for last place, which was where I was, LoL.

Man I went through a 5.7 in OK last november and that was pretty rough. Hope there's not too much damage.

I kind of liked how there was 25 people in vent, that was a shit talking fest at it's finest! Was fun, hopefully I get some cash in and get at it next month!
