Thread: Server crashes

Starting last night I noticed several periods of repeated server crashes. I also noticed that office went down at the same time by looking at my server list in steam. Today the server is crashing again without any warning. Would someone please look into this problem for us as no admin is usually present when it happens. Thank you.

There have been a number of bots recently that immediatly crash the server upon joining, sometimes they'll have obvious names, other times the names may be the product name for advertising purposes. I've seen NG servers and non-NG servers that have crashed multipule times within a period of say..15 minutes, with such people always joining right when it crashes.

we work very hard to protect our servers from the exploits as they come out. You wouldn't believe the amount of things we got going on to protect the servers. Unfortunately, without the help of the developer in patching these holes -- It makes our job insanely hard.

We will continue todo our best, just continue to let operators know - If there are no admins on, try getting some screenshots or whatnot so we can do some research the following day and hopefully get the culprits banned.
