I dont really know what im doing right now but anyways, i need some help!
Im having troubles on the game (CSS) after the new update the game started to go slow but before the update it was totally fine. i tried the video stress test and my fps is 11.99 i dont know if thats good or not!
So i hope you guys can help me thnks!

um check if your video card is over heating...google a temperature monitoring software...for many video cards when it over heats it automatically underclocks its self to prevent damage. If heat is your problem try cleaning the heatsink on the video card or replacing the thermal compound
