    Unfortunately, but hackers gets a second chance to see if they woiuld not hack anymore. Even though I disagree with that policy, they give them the benefit of the doubt that they would come back clean.

    really mover how long of period time till they get back to play in vac servers cuz i ( i probably thought as well as many u just get banned period)

    If they get VAC'ed and come back on a new steam ID they get a second chance is what he means.
