Let me give you a hint... If you want people to join your scrim team, get a good score in the pub, then they might actually think its worth scrimming with you. People capable of this are people like greenough, ad, mistikal etc. And also, get a good score without using an awp. Thats a huge sell point for people like me who like to scrim a lot. Awps arent worth shit in scrims so good pubbers have to learn to use other weapons.

I use the M4 more than 80% of the time >.>
The only time I go get an awp is when we're totally getting rolled

It's all about how you play with your team. Guess what? I suck a dick in pubs (in my opinion, many would beg to differ), but I'm cal-im with a very good possibility of going main. Don't let pessimists like Monkee ruin your CAL dreams.

rofl justin, im not being pessimistic, im being very realistic. getting a good score in a pub w/o an awp usually means that a) youre not baiting and b) you use teamwork to an extent. Back in 1.6 I pubbed for sometime, then went to open then im and played a season and then lost my account. I came to source 2 years later and started pubbing again and I can get an amazing score in pubs but I also do well in scrims. While teamwork is key, performance and strategy is also key.

As a matter of fact, this is the reason people from open are such scrubs. Without any teamwork or scrim exp whatsoever, people just go and pub in open and then die when they lose to a team with good teamwork. This is the reason why a lot of people pay $$ to CEVO to keep all the noobs out. CAL has lost its respect and CPL is damn near dead ( although others beg to differ, I think itll come back when CGS dies. )

Or they get out of Open and don't have to deal with it, but they go CEVO anyway.
