Camping is allowed if it's part of the objective. For example, counterterrorist can camp one bombsite as long as the bomb is not planted at the other bombsite. Terrorists can camp until there is only 1 minute and 30 seconds left in the round. Leadership and playmaking are definitely part of being good pub server player. It is imperative that everybody should know how to use all the guns of the game. There is no excuse for being owned by an unpopular gun because the ownee doesn't know how to use that same gun.
