Admin Complaint RE: Big Juicy Kwok

Hi NG community,

Most of the regulars on NG already know me as Boobies. They are also quite aware that I can be curt and obnoxious when the situation demands it, or when other people are disrespectful towards me. Recently, I was banned for an unspecified amount of time for exhibiting this obnoxiousness. I'd like to respectfully contest this ban, and I demand an apology from the admin who imposed it.

As a bit of background - I've had a recent falling out with another gamer on the NG community, "hungry," who constantly accuses me of cheating without any proof to substantiate it. Most of you that play with me know by now that I am a reasonably reputable player that has my share of good and bad days when I play. Anyways, hungry was on my case again today, publically harassing me, and I was defending myself. I do admit, I taunted him and responded with extreme sarcasm, and for this, I received a ban from Big Juicy Kwok. Zero warning. Zero mute. Not even a kick. A ban. I find this to be an absolutely absurd use of administrative power on the servers. Furthermore, all of my comments were sarcastically directed towards hungry. Not once did I slight any administrator on the server.

Below you will find a reproduction of my console logs. For your convenience, the first one has all of the relevant text, the second one is a direct copy/paste of my entire log from the beginning of our disagreement. I do admit that I was unnecessarily obnoxious in defending myself, but my actions by no means justified a ban. Thank you for your time in reading this and considering my case. I simply wish to play on the server again, as it is my primary server, and I request an apology from Kwok for acting irrationally and without warning.
