Thread: Shut off random spawn !

Howdy,

Please shut off random spawn. I hate it! There is no way you can have runs of kills with the enemy or yourself spawning right next to each other and behind enemy lines.
It's good to see ya all trying something new but random spawn is not it. If something new is what you want, why not try crackhouse map rotation. There is a half dozen variations of the crack map. Some are quite fun to play.

Fixed, was an issue due to yesterdays update.

Hmm. ....Amazes me how many people start bitching about things, even before they bring something up and see if it was even done on purpose.

This wasn't done on purpose, there was an update last night that changed directory structures for certain configurations, mainly the custom spawn point files.

We fixed the issue yesterday, but appears there is a hiccup in the plugin that is having it continually load the default spawns and we are looking into this.


You seem to have been around for quite some time, so you should know that we NEVER changed any settings without proper input from the community. There are several examples of this going right now with regards to D2.

We aren't retarded, we do have some sort of a clue Wish we got more credit than is given sometimes!!!

Hate to tell you this Meatbag, but it is possible to go on run of kills, I hit 100-35 just this afternoon. It can kinda be fun, it was something different and actually brought new people into the server. Just sayin.

Before I joined NG I tried a few DM server an many run this type of config. It is very popular.

I actually enjoyed the change for little bit but It can get old quick

i know its back to normal but random spawning sucks honestly lol
