Let me start this post of by saying this is NOT a unban request.

Okay, so I was playing in the 24/7 CRACKHOUSE server and Res was talking on his mic, and I think we all know his mic is shit, he was lets say trying? to enforce rules, it wasn't working cause noone can understand Res over his McDonald's microphone.

I play on these servers about 2 - 3 times a week ( probably irrelevant ) anyways, Res and his terrible mic hurt my ears, yes I know there is a Player Mute Option, I don't like muting admins if their trying to talk to me. I just can't understand him.

He gagged me for me telling him to get a better mic and such and pointing out the obvious.

I cleared up some of the killfeed in console to make it easier to see.

You see he gagged me, I don't know if this was / is a rightful gag.

I then changed my name to "Worst Admin 2013" which was childish and unmature, then he banned me for disrespect.. Last time I remember calling someone a "Worst Admin" isn't disrespect. He never warned me to change my name, unless he did I couldn't UNDERSTAND HIM over his terrible mic.

The least you could do is tell Res not to use his mic..

TL;DR Res needs a better mic.

Not the place to post this. Please look at the admin list COMPLETE NG Server Admin List !! and pm our upper management on our forums. Also "Worst Admin 2013" after a mute is probably the stupidest thing you can do after a gag. If it wasn't disrespectful then what was the point of changing your name to that? Don't do that again. Pm upper management and it will be dealt with. Your ban should also probably be expired within an hour after you were first banned or so(It shouldn't be that long). And there is also a better way to tell a person to get a mic, "I DON'T GIVE A SHIT IF YOUR NOT TALKING TO ME" is definitely not a good way to reply to an admin trying enforce rules.

I understand bud. Thanks for posting your concern and we will resolve the issue. Sorry for the inconvenience and for future reference, we as admins are here to make the servers fun for players to enjoy, not be a problem for the players so please just talk to us like you would with a friend and we will do our best to fix a situation. Talking in a poor way to anyone isn't going to make the situation any better. Hope to see you in our servers soon!

There isn't anything to resolve here. The "Duck : I DON'T GIVE A SHIT IF YOUR NOT TALKING TO ME" and "worst admin 2013" is pretty cut and dry here, sorry if you can't understand the disrespect in that. Those are not ways to go about getting anything resolved. He might not have the best mic, but I can understand him and if he wasn't talking to you about an issue then I don't see the need to be saying anything like you did. If the person he was talking to did not understand him, then that person could have talked to him in chat or a PM and solved the issue.

It was a short temp ban, it should already be lifted by now (if not PM me and I will fix that), and should probably word what you say a little bit better next time .
