Thread: A lil question.

I was observing a player when he respawned and chose his weapon. a few minutes later when he didnt die, he stopped equiped himself with another rifle. I thought after you choose your weapons, those are what you get until you die and respawn?

buy weapon_name in console? don't know if it's allowed/works though.

You can type guns in the middle of your lifetime to re-pick your weapons, I like AWPing the T's until I get up close, and then typing guns to get a p90 or a pump shotty.

but sarge u cant type guns if you just chose your weapons at the start of that life. To be honest i dont know rev so i will have to go with vex.

I have done that before myself. I don't choose my guns every death, I tend to select the option to respawn with the same guns without the GUI menu.

With that, after a cool down time of about 3 minutes (if you survived that long), you are able to type 'guns' while your alive and are able to choose a new loadout. From my knowledge, this only works if you use the #3 option in the 'guns' menu..... not sure if any of that made sense... kind of hard to explain rofl
