Thread: CH Morning Crew Rally

Allow me to bring another donation idea to the table for CH! I've noticed that the server gets a lot of loving at nighttime, but for some reason mornings are lacking. Therefore, I say this: If you can get CH to at least 50% capacity in the morning, post a timestamped screenshot in this thread and I will donate $5 to NG. I will do this for a month (from now to mid-February), and I will accept 1 submission per day. Weekends are not included in this because they usually do well in the morning. I'm looking for weekday populations here!

How to post a timestamped screenshot:

1) Type thetime in chat. This will post the time in the chat box.
2) Hold the Tab key to bring up the list of players.
3) While holding Tab, press the button to open chat. This will move the chat box over top of the player list, which allows you to see the time in chat.
4) Take a screenshot using the F12 key (or whatever key you use to take screenshots, the default is F12).
5) Post here!

I will keep a list of the donations I have made over time. The key here is to bring a new group of people into the server in the mornings, so keep 'em coming back! Enjoy yourselves and help them enjoy the server as well!

Great idea, perhaps make the donations in the players name who posts the earliest screenshot, that way the regs have a little more incentive so they can get in on some of the perks if they arent able to donate directly?

To help out around here, i will match whatever obtuse donates after the month.

That's a good idea, I'm sure that can be organized.

That's awesome, thanks a lot for the help. However, I must stress that this isn't about the money. It's about getting newcomers to stay here. Always keep that in mind!

i know that dude, i am just helping out.. i'll be sure to have a quick go on ch in the mornings. and of course the donations on my part will the donated in the ones that play

Bumping because I haven't gone broke yet, let's go people! Get morning people in the server! DO WORK!

Mornings are not an easy task, most people are not around( i.e school or work) It is highly unlikely you will see a lot of people on here during the 7-9 am time slot, unless its from people overseas. You(not you specific but in general) have to be a realist when it comes to the fact that people on these servers aren't about to do this 24/7. We all need to make a living go to high school/ college, and unless its the weekend it is unlikely to be filled with people unless you attract a bunch of overseas players. You just can't expect it to be full a lot of the time during those hours.

Sorry if not a lot of you feel I am putting forth an effort to try it, but I'm just being realistic, I work two jobs and like most in this adults in this world it is in the morning.
