You don't have to have your activity up before you apply, but after applying you need to keep it up.

That does not mean you have to be on the forums everyday, although that helps. But you should be active after your application.
Try to create some new threads, not just spam existing ones. This creates interest from other forum members and keeps the Forum activity up as well.

You should also try and keep your server activity up as well, which I assume is Hideout. Seen a lot of players apply for admin then suddenly their play time drops off and the app gets sidelined.
Get to know the players in all th eother servers as well. CH is fun and we always need help in Dust 2, this allows you to get to know the entire community.

Thanks. I have since tagged up, as recommended. I don't think I've received my application yet. I think I filled something out, but I can't for the life of me remember what it was. I've been enjoying playing and talking to the regulars, Nugget, roland, and Spadez among them. I keep up with Blind as well, getting admin tips whenever I can from them all (when we get to talk). I'll just keep up with all of your suggestions, and hopefully I'll qualify for administrator sometime in the future.

I think EEyore should be admin. Love seeing him in the server and I think he would be a good candidate.

Ok, I've gotten some very good responses, but i can't find a place to actually submit an application for admin. Riku said all I have to do is apply, now that I've been working on the requirements, but I cannot find the application itself. Any suggestions?

I gave him the link to submit an application and he forwarded this to me:

EEyore, you do not have permission to access this page. This could be due to one of several reasons:
1.Your user account may not have sufficient privileges to access this page. Are you trying to edit someone else's post, access administrative features or some other privileged system?
2.If you are trying to post, the administrator may have disabled your account, or it may be awaiting activation.

I personally can't help him out any longer, but I think an upper admin can.

You should only get that response when you've logged out or you're automatically logged out after one hour of inactivity (but it appears that you're still logged in). My guess is the latter happened to Eeyore.

If i remember correctly, smeone said you need to have 50 posts to see the admin application part of the forums. Maybe I'm wrong.

This is true. Recently Stella has been accepting/referring people to post their applications. Don't think that's a bad thing either, I know you guys want some new blood in the recruitment phase
